As a Human Capital Consultant at Deloitte, Imani helped develop a change management methodology rooted in human centered design principles, called human-centered change. There, she designed and implemented a highly successful wellbeing campaign to support employees post-pandemic at the nation's largest medical research institution. As Director of Multicultural Recruitment at her alma mater, The Hotchkiss School, she revamped the Fly-In program and Bridge program to more effectively attract and support its participants from underrepresented backgrounds. She also served as a member of the Hotchkiss Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion team.
